George Chaya nos muestra, sintética y documentadamente, la innegable
presencia de una conexión local en todo ataque practicado por las
organizaciones armadas islámistas. Tanto como para confirmar la
carencia -en ambas investigaciones- de la individualización de los
argentinos que proveyeron de logística; planos; vehículos; alojamiento
y explosivos a los atacantes suicidas y sus acompañantes o

organizaciones armadas del fundamentalismo islámico. La sorprendente
revelación de la venta a la antigua OLP de  la "fábrica casera"  de
explosivos plásticos desarrollada por un ingeniero químico de la
organización Montoneros.  El acuerdo militar con la provisión de
sofisticado armamento y entrenamiento militar como pago por ella.  El
secreto -férreamente guardado por los "Montoneros"- sobre la nómina de
quiénes se entrenaron en los '80 en los campos guerrilleros de Siria y
El Líbano.  Las conf esiones de algunos que estuvieron allí y las
interesadas negativas de los que resultan señalados por sus propios
compañeros, constituyen un inquietante relato que asombra por su
actualidad.  La perdurabilidad y el cult ivo en el tiempo de esa
relación, la inserción de cientos de integrantes de la "Organizacion"
en el gobierno del Presidente Menem al momento de los atentados, y su
asenso a las mas altas jerarquías del gobierno de Kirchner, permiten
un repaso de trayectorias en donde conocidos y auspiciados personajes,
se descubren en una relación directa con quienes resultaran imputados
por la Corte Suprema y la Justicia Federal como autores de los
atentados. La financiación y el mantenimiento de células "dormidas";
la transformación de "Montoneros" a través de la labor de algunos de
sus ex integrantes en organizaciones -piqueteras- de "militancia
popular", las cuales mantienen una estrecha relación con Hezbollah y
reivindican su accionar, nos muestran el rostro de una Argentina "que
mantiene intactas –y aún inadvertidas- las estructuras necesarias para
un tercer atentado".
